How to Play

1. Meta Progression: PokéRogue focuses on meta progression. Each run builds upon your previous achievements, making your future runs more powerful.
2. Starter Pokémon: As you obtain various Pokémon, you'll unlock them as potential starters for future runs.
3. Catching Pokémon: Explore diverse biomes to catch Pokémon from all generations.
4. Egg Gacha: Redeem egg vouchers in the Egg Gacha to obtain eggs. Hatching these eggs can provide powerful starting egg moves.
5. Improving Starters: When you catch or hatch a Pokémon, its beneficial traits (Ability, Gender, Form, Shiny Variant, Nature, and higher IVs) are transferred to its corresponding starter for future runs.
6. Starter-Specific Candies: As you catch, hatch, and use your starters, you'll obtain starter-specific candies with various uses.
7. Battle System: During battles, select moves strategically to defeat enemy Pokémon and gain experience.
8. Item Collection: Gather items dropped by defeated Pokémon or found in the environment. These items stack and provide various benefits.
9. Team Management: Build a diverse team of Pokémon and switch between them strategically during battles.
10. Progression: Face increasingly difficult challenges, including trainers and boss Pokémon, as you advance through the game.
